Montenegro's Ministry of Culture commissioned a national programme to teach children and teachers about water stewardship. The work needed a visual identity that schools would embrace, an animated series students would actually watch, and a digital companion teachers could run from any classroom — all delivered in six months.

Created a child-first identity system: rounded type, a saturated coastal palette, and a cast of recurring animated characters who appear across every touchpoint.

Produced a six-part 2D animation series for classroom use, scripted in Montenegrin and storyboarded around concrete actions students could take in their own communities.

Built a lightweight teacher portal with downloadable lesson plans, printables, and student assessments tied to the animation episodes.

Ran two regional workshops with teachers to validate the materials before national rollout.

Το αποτέλεσμα
The programme was integrated into a national environmental education week. The animations are still in active classroom use today, and the identity system became a reusable template for adjacent ministry programmes.
