How hiring works here
Step 01
Send a CV and a one-paragraph note about why this role and why now. We read every application; we reply to every applicant within 5 working days.
Step 02
30 minutes with a senior in your practice. Mutual fit check, your questions, our questions. No homework asked at this stage.
Step 03
90 minutes walking through a recent piece of your work and a recent piece of ours. No whiteboarding, no take-home tests. Real conversation about how you think.
Step 04
A paid day spent with the team you'd join, working on a real problem together. Decision happens within 48 hours of this day.
Step 05
Written offer, two weeks for you to think it over, start date negotiated around your notice period. Onboarding for two weeks before your first project.
