El reto
Kosovo's Ministry of Health needed a campaign that would cut through pandemic fatigue. The audience had seen every poster, banner, and PSA. The brief: get people to stay alert without making them tune out. The campaign name — "Mos u Shliro" ("Don't let your guard down") — had to live as a hashtag, a TV spot, a clinic poster, and a piece of social content all at once.

Co-developed the campaign architecture with the ministry's communications team, anchoring every asset to a single typographic system that worked from billboard to story sticker.

Produced a 30-second broadcast spot and 12 social cutdowns in Albanian and Serbian, designed for cross-feed reach.

Built a social rapid-response playbook so the ministry could ship topical assets within hours during case surges.

El resultado
The campaign ran for six weeks and was picked up by health communication networks across the region. The Ministry's social accounts saw their highest sustained engagement of the pandemic, and the campaign assets were adopted by clinic networks beyond the initial scope.
