Zebra Agency LLC, Ahmet Krasniqi A1, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo, is the operator of zebra.agency. References to "we", "us", or "Zebra" in these Terms refer to Zebra Agency LLC.

You may browse the site, contact us through the forms, and download or share publicly available materials in line with normal fair-use. You may not:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights. • Attempt to access non-public parts of the site or its underlying infrastructure. • Scrape, mirror, or republish the site or our case-study content for commercial use without written permission. • Submit malicious or misleading information through any of our forms.

All content on zebra.agency — including text, images, code, videos, case studies, and the underlying design system — is owned by Zebra Agency or licensed to us by clients, employees, or partners. You may share excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions or use our content for derivative commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks (e.g. client names, partner badges) belong to their respective owners and are used with permission for editorial purposes.

If you submit a project brief, application, or message through the site, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate. • You are authorized to share it. • No portion of it contains confidential third-party information unless you have the right to disclose it.

We handle all submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respond to enquiries on a best-efforts basis and do not guarantee that every submission will receive a reply.

This limitation does not apply to (i) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, (ii) liability for fraud, or (iii) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prishtina, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
